Inspired, he developed and patented The Toddy® Cold Brew System that creates a superior-tasting cup of STEAMING HOT coffee. And, with 67% less acid than hot brewed coffee, it's easier on sensitive stomachs.
Concentrate from the Toddy System is also delicious served iced cold. Several leading coffee and tea houses, including Seattle's Best, Barnie's, Gloria Jean's and several hundred others throughout the world, have used Toddy® to develop and make their best-selling iced coffee drinks.
In addition to the original Toddy® Cold Brew System, the Fort Collins-based, family-run business offers speciality coffee beans and tea leaves and supplies commercial models of the Toddy® Cold Brew Systems to leading coffee and tea houses throughout the world.
